We just bought our first home in a competitive area. Thanks to Max promising the sellers that he can close on the house fast, they accepted our offer over an all cash offer! Basically, if it weren't for Max, we would not have beat the other offer, and would not have gotten the house. He worked hard and delivered on his promise, and we closed in about 2 weeks.
On top of all that, Max was patient and explained each step of the mortgage process to us. As first time homebuyers we are thankful that Max made it so easy, and is so trustworthy!
