Better communication. It would be good to be introduced to the team and given a timeline of events. I would get random emails from different people in the team that I had no idea who they were and no explanation of what i was sent. They just expected me to sign without explaining things. It really soured the experience. Phyllis herself is great. However not all communication went through her. We were told we would go through things later as we were nearing closing. However no such thing happen. Instead the team rushed things. It really takes away from the trust we had build earlier in the process. Overall though, it was ok.
