So, I have a unique income situation and in 2024 two companies said for sure we can get you "pre-apprroved" after I told them our income structure long story short both companies wasted two months each, pulled our credit for a zero result...this year as we intend to build a new house, we went with the Home Builders recommendation for a lender....3 months later same exact result! So our CPA recommended Derek & his company. Caleed Derek and once again tried to explain our income structure, SHOCKER Derek explained the type of different laons we could get, went with his "assests" refiniance cash-out of our current home, 3 weeks later boom! funded. Derek and everyone on his TEAM we so nice, friendly and VERY helpful, what a breath of fresh air after our prior 3 experiences! we would recommend Derek his team and On Q Home Loans to anyone that asked how did we finely get funded for our new build, THANK YOU Derek!
