Overall, my experience was good, but a few things could have made it even better. With the stress, money involved, and the extended closing date. I understand it a process but getting pushed out so many time due to paperwork . I truly appreciate the hard work and professionalism from the team—just a little more proactive communication would have made it an amazing experience.

Listen and take notes about the clients needs and understanding of the process, when important information is sent over, copy it to the loan notes or record it to file. In our case we were asked multiple times by different people in the process to resend personal and confidential information to OnQ. It was irritating and sometimes not possible due to relocation logistics and timing. We made three scheduled attempts to close and we finally made it happen on the 3rd try. However when we left, the funds to the seller still weren't at the lawyers office. Just a nightmare. Brooke Lynn did apologize and provided a gift card for the inconvenience.

I was pleased with the whole process as every step was explained in detail. Brooke Lynn was always willing to answer any questions we had and was timely.
