It felt very rushed towards the end and made it difficult for me to plan accordingly. I was worried that we wouldn't close on time as I received a call the business day before closing about verifying my employment with my school district, which is on modified hours during the summer. I would have appreciated more communication up front of the process.

Geoffrey and his team made it great! I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly especially noteworthy was due to my inability to get good scans of alot of paperwork he needed he was willing to drive from tacoma to mossyrock the next morning to get originals so it would not delay closing. the communication during the whole process was good across the board and it never left me wondering where we were at in the process. quite the opposite I now have a much better understanding of the process thanks to the explanations I was given when at times I was not even aware I should have had questions for them.

Geoff never actaully talked to me. Relied on assistantswho were very nice but seemed not too experienced. My other times of buying a house ( 3 other times) I was spoken to over the phone and explained in clear ways so I didn't have to keep asking questions. I had to send documents several times and alot of extra work because of this. I missed Jay.
