Change 1 identified the release date as April 1, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All loans delivered to On Q with an application date of April 1, 2023 must follow guidance in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefits.va.gov\/HOMELOANS\/documents\/circulars\/26-23-03.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Circular 26-23-03<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use of the new VA Form 26-1820 is required for loans with application dates on or after February 1, 2023. VA Form 26-1802a and VA Form 26-0503 will no longer be required with use of the new VA Form 26-1820. Lenders may, and are encouraged to, use the new form for loan applications received prior to the effective date. The updated VA Form 26-1820 is available on VA\u2019s website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/find-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.va.gov\/find-forms\/<\/a>.
