    The loan officer I dealt with at the beginning of the transaction did not communicate at all. I had inquired very often on updates, in which I got little to no response. After learning he was let go and Christy took over the file, I feel as though she did incredible work to get the loan closed. She absolutely needs commended for taking on extra work and making a difficult file as seamless as possible. Our contract was scheduled for a 30 day close and though it took 52 days, I feel Christy worked hard to make that happen. Thank you Christy!

    To be honest, I was working with Bill who I truly have nothing but the best to say about him. He has been doing my mortgages for 12+ years. Never have I ever experienced such a headache from the company that backed him. This is not his fault at all but I would never do business with this company again. The communication and process was horrible.
